Mixed Lighting

Here, you can see the 2 different lights reflecting onto Adam. The LED lights coming in from the left give a different hue and colour than the natural light coming in from the door. The meaning behind this is you shouldn't worry so much and take things so seriously. You only live once, cliche I know, but you shouldn't over stress about things and just take it easy, laughing at ourselves is sometimes the best thing to do instead of always critizing.
